Ascension

The life of a butterfly mirrors the process of spiritual transformation and the possibility of being reborn. In some traditions they are symbols of redemption, regeneration, resurrection.  Native Americans see them as a sign of change, joy and color.  I show the butterflies ascending from a dark hole into the light as a sign of hope.
