Artist Comments
Monique's mother, commissioned this portrait of Sasha. This digital painting was created using the Procreate App on my iPad Pro using my Apple Pencil.
The portrait is in loving memory of Sasha: July 12, 2009 - January 2, 2026. She was a loyal friend, a gentle soul, and a cherished member of Monique's family. She will be forever loved and deeply missed. The yellow color around her head is a halo. The blue background represents heaven.
Run free over the rainbow bridge, sweet Sasha and rest in peace.
