Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler #2

Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler #2, Cajun French for "Let the Good Times Roll". Inspired by Mardi Gras and Jazz Funeral traditions of New Orleans, Louisiana, my home state. This is the second painting in my Louisiana Series.   The hat bands and umbrellas are fabric.  Pants are decorated with paint applied with stamps that I carved by hand. Splattered paint drops are used to give the impression of music coming from the horns.
